Honestly, I dont usually leave reviews but I HAD to for Indy Affordable Baths because they really blew us away. From the first time we called them, it was just a super easy process. We had been putting off remodeling our bathroom for YEARS because everyone kept quoting us these insane prices and super long timelines. A friend recomended Indy Affordable Baths and I’m so glad we listened!! They came out for a free estimate (which btw, other companies wanted to charge for 😒) and actually listened to what we wanted, instead of trying to upsell us on a bunch of stuff we didn’t need. The guy who came out was really friendly and explained everything in a way that made sense, no confusing contractor talk lol. The best part? They got the whole job done way faster than we expected—like, they said 5 days and it was DONE in 4!! And the quality is top notch, we got a beautiful walk-in shower installed with these solid surface panels that are soooo much easier to clean than our old tile. Plus, they even helped us pick out fixtures that matched the rest of our house vibe without going over budget (which never happens btw). There was a small issue with one of the handles being loose after install but I called and they sent someone out the NEXT DAY to fix it, no questions asked. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you're on the fence about getting your bathroom redone, just call these guys. Seriously. Affordable is in the name for a reason but you still get super high quality work. We’re already talking about having them come back to do our master bath next year!
